Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Information and clinic operation

The clinic remains open; telephone consults will occur when possible. 

Do not bring family members or friends to clinic to your appointment and please wear a facemask. Help us keep you and our staff safe.

If you have a fever or cough do not enter the clinic without calling us first at 519-583-0893.

All patients must wear a face-mask when entering the clinic. No walk-ins are permitted - call before you come.

After Hours (Evening) and Saturday Clinics are conducted virtually (by phone) only. Should your condition require an in-person assessment, or deemed unmanageable over the phone, you will be directed to the Emergency Department, or your own physician on the subsequent day.
You should always contact your own physician first for appointments.
