Regular (Advance)
You can book an appointment anywhere from 2 days to 6 months in advance.
We do not take or monitor phone or email messages. To book an appointment, you have to speak to us directly.
If you believe your condition is life-threatening, or require immediate attention, do not wait to see the doctor. Call 9-1-1 for an ambulance, or go to the nearest hospital Emergency Room.
For advance appointments, please call after 10 AM.

Same Day
Same-day appointments are offered so that you can be seen on the same day you call.
If you are unwell, and no same-day appointment is available, you will either be offered an appointment on another day, or asked to attend the "After-Hours Clinic" (see column to the right).

After Hours
Monday - Thursday: 5.00 PM - 8.00 PM
Saturday: 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM

To access the After Hours Clinic, you will have to call the doctor on-call, and book an appointment with that doctor's receptionist. The location of the After Hours Clinic will change, depending on who the doctor-on-call is.

After Hours Clinic
What is the "After-Hours Clinic" and when should I attend?
At this time, due to COVID-19, the After Hours (Evening) and Saturday Clinics are conducted virtually (by phone) only. Should your condition require an in-person assessment, or deemed unmanageable over the phone, you will be directed to the Emergency Department, or your own physician on the subsequent day.
The "After-Hours Clinic" consists of 7 local doctors who have agreed to see each other's patients during certain times in the evening and weekends for semi-urgent issues. It is intended to allow you to access medical care after regular office hours and the times your regular physician is away or fully booked, so that you do not need to go the Emergency Room for minor issues.
However, your overall health remains the responsibility of your primary physician, and the "After-Hours Clinic" is not intended to replace or supplement routine visits to your physician.
The After-Hours Clinic is not intended to be used for regular follow-ups, such as checking blood pressure, renewing medications, ordering blood tests, ear cleaning, ordering X-rays, CTs or ultrasounds, referrals to specialists, sick and return to work notes, completion of forms of any kind, vaccinations, and so on. These are matters that your regular doctor needs to address.
Patients of Dr. Hadi may use Dr. Hadi's After-Hours Clinic for any reason they wish.
